Wait for it!!.... Who remembers when 225 was my mental block?I'm sure @intrepidgym does & weightlifting coach @ryanerasmus69 definitely remembers. It was such a mental block that it became a physical barrier, (even after previously hitting a now old lifetime PR of 243 pounds) because mentally I was not prepared to move the weight around. Well Purebreds don't give up! Today, and after a couple months off from weightlifting to focus on my powerlifting competitions, 225 is in my bank for a 3x3, & they're power cleans too! It just goes to show you, and those in the know, have seen my progression, that with consistent efforts & persistence, results will follow. It's not a matter of if, it's just a matter of when, because it's going to happen.
