Mine says the same thing, I get notified from iTunes when songs are ready for downloading so if it does that you can download it from your purchased songs list

If you are on a cellphone, try going to your Music. Then go to Albums and choose FOUR. There should be a “View full album” thing on there. If you click it the option to download should show up next to the downloadable tracks.
