Shriekback 13th Album

Barry Andrews here and what I must tell you straight away is that Shriekback are about 3/4 of the way through their 13th studio album

I realise that I have not been blog-attentive for some time and that the present communication is the web equivalent of going out into the garage and getting dust sheets off of some greased and dormant thing but hey, when I have nothing to say my lips are sealed, and so on. I will be keeping you, gentle internet lurker, up to date with our progress as well as taking the opportunity to pontificate upon any subjects rash enough to stray into consciousness. We begin today with some grate thorts on Oracles. But firstly, some album facts: It's me, Martyn Barker and Carl Marsh. Wendy Partridge bv-ing. Ian Caple - our first producer records some of Mart's Proper Live Drums at Yellowfish Studios, Sussex. No Dave - door's always open, big guy. No playing live either. Sorry, sorry, sorry. It's not that we love you less. See!
