Oh my gosh, I’m so glad you like it! This made my day! Seriously, comments like this about people reading the whole thing in a day or two make me so happy and more excited to keep working on it!

I’ve been pretty busy with other stuff the last few months and In a New Light has unfortunately taken a bit of a backseat since then. BUT I do have plans for that fic, and have around 4k words written for the next chapter, so I definitely haven’t forgotten about it. I generally have the rest of the fic mapped out in my head (we’re getting close ish to the end actually), and some of the scenes I’ve been most excited to write are coming up soon.

But I’ve been focusing pretty much all my free time on my Miraculous Ladybug secret santa fic for the last month or so, and since that has a deadline it’s taken precedent for the time being (and I actually sat down and wrote 1200 words for that yesterday so it’s coming along!!). So there probably won’t be another update for In a New Light until early in the new year

Also, please go study!! School is important!!
