Boot apologizes for his disappearance the last couple of months. It was a rough time for him after what happened to his brother back in Paris but Boot is feeling a bit better...I think. He's been a bit quieter than he used to be. More stressed out too. If I lost my brother id probably be the same. I promised him that if we ever found even a scrap of evidence that would lead towards finding The Mad Cobbler I would help him pursue no matter what. Now that time has come. We received a phone call from an unknown number a week ago. When I picked it up a deep muffled voice on the other end said two words. "Hong. Kong." It's a weak lead and we don't know if it has anything to do with The Mad Cobbler but it's something. And that's good enough for boot. Either way I think it's good for Boot to travel. He's much happier on the road. I'm sure he'll start to open up some more and cheer up. I just hope that he doesn't let this thing go to his head... I'm sure it will be fine.
