Krista Palen at IBPSA Boston May 2021 Meeting on Emerging Simulation Techniques Across Industry & Academia

Krista Palen of the Transsolar New York team is speaking at the Boston chapter of IBPSA-USA for a lunchtime meeting on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 from 12:00 - 1:00 pm EDT. Krista will discuss simulation processes that helped to shape some high-performance buildings including Tianjin Juilliard School, The Arbour at George Brown College, and theToronto and Region Conservation Authority.

Pamela Cabrera at “Building Simulation 2019” in Rome

Pamela Cabrera of the Transsolar New York office gave a talk on September 2 on “Quantifying Resilience of Building Facades: Moisture and Mold Risks under Future Climate Stresses” at the Rome 16th IBPSA International Conference and Exhibition, the premier international event in the field of building performance simulation. Pamela was selected as one of five winners to receive scholarship funds and to attend the conference in Rome. Awards were reviewed by a panel of industry experts and evaluated in terms of paper or presentations already accepted at the conference, submission letters and general overall quality of their application.
