Everything had gone wrong after the fight with the other Peters, one was forgotten by the rest of the world and the other was able to return to his own. That left this Peter struggling to adjust to this Universe he was stranded in. He wasn't sure why he wasn't sent back to where he belonged after Dr. Strange casted the spell. But there was no sense in crying about it, that wouldn't fix it. He investigated where to go and how to exist in this world. He wanted to get back to his own world but for now, he had to adjust.

He was fairly good at that.

So, he went to the Avengers or rather what was left of them to get their assistance. They referred him over to what was left of SHIELD to use their science teams. He was being tossed around like a hot potato or that was how he felt. However, he was able to begin his research into getting back home while also learning about this one.

Months later, we find Peter Parker eating in the SHIELD cafeteria. More like picking at the food when he came across Miharu. Having the same issue with the food as him. "I swear, food tastes different in this Universe." He spoke out loud. Everyone knew of his arrival at this point, so he didn't attempt to hide who he was.

Peter rushed forward into the gym where Aiden was training, still in his spidey suit and jumped at her, giving her a tackle hug. They hit the matt below them together. “Happy Mother’s Day.”

cold, (to Peter, from Otto)

Peter gave a small chuckle at the feeling of a leather jacket wrapping around his shoulders. Ever since Peter had been bitten by that spider, he struggled with body temperature regulation. In cold weather, he nearly froze to death (figuratively, not literally) and the same with warm weather making him overheat.

Fall had come quickly to New York City and there was a chill in the air, ruffling Peter's hair when the wind blew past. The warmth of the jacket shielding the rest of him from the chill. "Thank you, Otto." He glanced over to him with a small smile, "You won't get cold, will you?" He definitely wasn't starting to burrow into the jacket offered to him and would fight him for it if need be, but he should at least try to give it back.

Peter had been minding his business, swinging from building to building. He was patrolling the area as he usually did in the evenings when free from work and other life obligations. He spotted a shady situation going on, with these rough looking guys approaching a woman in a near pitch black alley. What he hadn't realized was that she could handle herself. So him swinging in to help ended in a stab wound and her finishing off the jerks.

“Look, it could be worse. You could be the one bleeding out.” Good one, Peter. Cheering up the person you saved by talking about your stab wound. What really, probably, made this worse was that he was currently Spider-Man and cheering up someone he managed to "save" by talking about his stab wound was not a smart move.

"Anyway. Are you okay?" He knew she was but well, he was trying to change the subject. He had super healing, he'd be fine soon. Hopefully.
