Loki felt a head on their shoulder and looked up from what they were reading, raising an eyebrow. They certainly weren't expecting any visitors to their room this evening. So he wondered who it could be at this time. They glanced to the side and spied blonde hair resting on their shoulder.

His niece had decided to join him, what a surprise for the evening. They had not realized she had come home to visit. They moved and shifted to allow more comfort to Astrid. They supposed they could offer comfort in these tiring days of a young adult.

They spoke up, knowing she could hear them, "I would suggest resting on a bed. I cannot imagine I would be suitable for a good night sleep."

Peter gave a small chuckle at the feeling of a leather jacket wrapping around his shoulders. Ever since Peter had been bitten by that spider, he struggled with body temperature regulation. In cold weather, he nearly froze to death (figuratively, not literally) and the same with warm weather making him overheat.

Fall had come quickly to New York City and there was a chill in the air, ruffling Peter's hair when the wind blew past. The warmth of the jacket shielding the rest of him from the chill. "Thank you, Otto." He glanced over to him with a small smile, "You won't get cold, will you?" He definitely wasn't starting to burrow into the jacket offered to him and would fight him for it if need be, but he should at least try to give it back.

one second the archer was trying to balance a large pizza box and an equally large bag of dog food while holding his apartment keys in his teeth, and the next the keys were in a hand, the dog food was kidnapped from him and lips were on his. "hey. rude. i can open my own door." he made a face at loki. overdramatic and teasing as always. "no pizza for you."

Loki only laughed at Clint's threat to not give him pizza, "However will I live without your cheesy Midgardian cuisines. I will cease living right here and now." He carried the bag of dog food to the kitchen, "I didn't realize my kisses were so offensive to you."

"clint, you're as bad as joe. don't tell me you planned to shoot the hulk and run off with his ex-wife this whole time." she teased, unable to help her laughter.

"Bets, that's a terrible joke. Great but terrible." He couldn't keep himself from laughing, "Don't tell Bruce you said that, I think he'd send Devil out to pummel me. And I happen to like my body. It looks bad when it's pulp."

Steve watched Bucky from across their kitchen and licked his lips, still taken a back to this day that the man was here and in his life. He wasn't facing this new world alone and Bucky was back by his side. All felt right. He knew Bucky wasn't the same as he once was but in truth, neither was Steve. Steve pushed away from the counter and moved over to Bucky, corning him against the kitchen island with a grin, "I don't even have a flirty pick up line for you. I just wanted to kiss you." He grinned, leaning in and pressing a kiss to his lips.

Pepper gasped in surprise at the sound of Regina's voice and dropped the box that was in her hand, grimacing at the crunch of something valuable most likely breaking under hit. "Regina." She turned to her quickly, "You scared me!" She crossed her arms over her chest. She hadn't been expecting her home yet and having taken off a day from work simply to relax, she knew that Regina would be none too pleased to know that Pepper was still working.
