A mystery
So I claim to have social anxiety and I'm pretty sure I do. Yet I don't think it's nearly as bad as I originally thought nor does it explain some other things. So tonight I went to get some frozen yogurt and while at the shop, a couple college girls started talking to me. Now you'd think I wouldn't talk to them being that I have social anxiety but yet I had no trouble doing so. I didn't know them and they didn't know me. They just commented on something and the conversation kinda went from there.
You think that because I have social anxiety this would be hard for me and yet it wasn't. I don't know if it's the fact that they started the conversation or the fact that neither of us knew each other or what. I just chatted with them for awhile. Casual conversation that's all.
It's things like this that make me question if I truly have social anxiety or not. There are times when I can't seem talk to people yet other times when I seem to have no problems. Sometimes I have moments where I can just start talking to complete strangers with no problems.
It's a mystery that I just don't understand.
