Can mushroom and/or plant monsters experience fascination mutations?
Fasciation is more common in plant monsters or monsters who exhibit plant elements. Someone like Hellion, for example. Patches can sometimes develop fasciated growths like leaves and occasionally flowers, if he's particularly loaded with magic.
Shroom monsters can sometimes experience this on their caps, though it is considered a very rare condition. Although monsters with this can often lead standard lives, it's considered a disability due to the increased medical upkeep of the mutation. Fasciation can occasionally and less worryingly occur in cap "bumps", like the second tiny cap Morell has, for example.
... Why do I feel like killing someone with that knife is gonna unleash a curse or fulfil a contract?
ACK- You actually made it sound cooler than what I had in mind!
It's actually a pretty fun "toy" Xiko has. The knife works by latching onto any feeling of anger you might have and amplifying it by a scary amount.
The more kills are made with it, the sharper it becomes, then returns to "default" state after not being used for a while.
It's to Xiko's benefit that you lose your mind for a bit and commit some heinous stuff. Keeps you further in his claws. Because who's going to cover it up for you, hm?
I drew the drink from this story!: (https://www.tumblr.com/eldritch-spouse/778031777126170624/hey-so-i-just-escaped-i-think-from-being?source=share)
I took some liberties with "webbing etched glass" but I think it came out kinda cool! The clergy logo is on the coaster but it is covered by the glass :(
That's pretty much it! The webbing I pictured was a little different, yes, but it wasn't of much consequence to the little drabble. Otherwise, that's essentially what the drink looked like!
The fuckin' "Employee of the month" is cracking me up. It's always going to be Admin, they don't even change it SKSKKRKSK.
I don't remember if this has been asked before but what was it like when the first demon to find their mate did? How early on was it?
This likely didn't happen in the first generations of demons. They were "proto-demons", so to say, composed differently than the fiends of this day and age. A few watered generations down and this phenomenon can begin properly.
It's very likely that the first demon to find their match didn't understand the process. They felt a magnetic and obsessive pull, something that they likely listened to without too much questioning.
Due to the stark divide between humanity and infernal beings at the time, it's likely that the first few perfect matches ended in tragedy, with the humanoid counterparts vehemently denying the demons hopelessly infatuated with them. Denial leads to frustration, frustration leads to violence. It just might be that the first demon to find their match also weeped, holding the lifeless body of the person they inexplicably craved the most.
It would take centuries before they understood the process behind matches.
Does Pinter own the company retail hell employee reader works for?
Nope.
The person in the top position of power that you know of, emphasis on that, was a man named Xavier, who died and poorly tried to program the "XAVIER" You know of today, in some desperate attempt to maybe live on through another. It's unclear if this man was human, monster, demon- People in your position don't need to know much.
XAVIER may be an impressive model both in physical build and processing power, more advanced than something like Fank-e. Unfortunately, he's been stunted by the tampering of a foolish dying man. This is what prevents him from speaking openly, from overriding goals, and generally being the person he'd rather become.
Pinter has been thinking about this company. Some part of him is sure there can be a loophole to exploit. He just needs information, a mole, someone who can tell him what's really going on. There's no way this robot could be handling things all on its own...
Uncle Liter is apparently a bit of a sentimental gooey man who deeply treasures his time spent teaching teen Gallon a thing or two about certain brews!
Is Jonesy allowed to use a condom while fucking Charm to obey the don't cum inside rule? Does he know what a condom is? Does Miara know what a condom is?
Does Miara know what a condom is? Definitely. Does she acknowledge the existence of such? Not really.
Although the rational part of her is forced to acknowledge contraceptives -The word alone is sickly to her- can be beneficial, she openly dislikes them and wants nothing to do with such products, nor will she willingly facilitate the possession of such. You're not prohibited from using condoms if you live under her care, but the siadar is in no way interested in helping you receive some.
Some angels, purely by virtue of interacting with the residents of the island, have come to understand and get their hands on condoms, though most of them believe that Miara's distaste for them is justified. It must be. She knows better. Jonesy fits into this category. He has no love for condoms.
But the allure of getting to cum inside you while still respecting Mother's rule? It just sounds too good to pass up.
He consulted the siadar about this, naturally. Miara made a face of open revulsion, something that cut deeply into Jonesy's confidence, like a steaming knife through butter. But her mercy is endless, and the higher allowed it.
There was but one warning laid before the throne.
" Joakeel, should this contraceptive break, and the smallest drop taint my Charm, you will not draw breath long enough to beseech me. "
It's safe to say it took a long while before Jonesy was even able to think of putting his plan into motion without getting palpitations.
He considered purely waiting until you accepted Mother, knowing that might take a long time.
There was also the conundrum of knowing what type of condom he should get. Jonesy was floored by the amount of variety. Let alone the ones that claimed to have flavors and tingling effects- He had to procure something that could handle the size of a monster like him, a celestial. There were condoms made for very specific shapes, even ones accounting for the existence of barbs or extreme secretions. He could barely fathom the magic put onto condoms made to have sex with monsters of vastly different body temperatures...
There was no hiding his flustered tension throughout the mortifying ordeal of purchasing contraceptives. People stared at him through the entire process, likely due to the fact that he couldn't keep his voice level and snapped far too quickly at the smallest semblance of judgement.
It was worth it, it was all worth it- All that time wasting a handful of the things trying to place them on his shaft correctly, he did it so you could both experience such a moment!
He was ready and so hopeful that the size was correct, that he wouldn't just burst through it or make it tear-
You have a latex allergy.
Jonesy does a walk of shame back to the super market.
Breg doll update! Sorry it's been taking forever! I had to learn how to make joints and his face cracked open when I put his head on :(.
Still have to make his hands, finish the joins, and touch up the paint but I think it's going well!
(I'm thinking about getting some white paint that turns black in the sun so he can color shift)
Don't apologize!! I'd be thrilled if you finished this at all!
I'm sorry about the face, because I know that all takes a lot of work, but the thought of his head just cracking as soon as you put it on made me laugh really hard. It's like when Breg tries to make painted Easter eggs and somehow ends up cracking them, or smashes an egg against the counter instead of lightly cracking it. Poetic.
My ignorant self doesn't know of any paint that could do such, but he's already looking great, so honestly any improvement is a bonus. Can't wait to see more! <:0
