Another dessert idea that is easy to make and great to share with friends: icebox cakes made with Nabisco chocolate wafer cookies. To make the cream: I infused fresh mint leaves in heavy cream, strained the mint leaves, added sugar, a drop of green food coloring and whipped with an electric mixer. Delicious!
