These delightful ice cream cake pops are a perfect treat for any occasion. They combine the richness of cake with the creaminess of ice cream, all coated in a colorful candy shell.
Ingredients: 1 box of cake mix any flavor. 1/2 cup of water. 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1 quart of your favorite ice cream. 1 package of candy melts any color. Sprinkles or toppings of your choice.
Instructions: Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions, using the water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Bake the cake in a 9x13 inch pan as directed. Let it cool completely. Once cooled, crumble the cake into fine crumbs using your hands or a food processor. In a large bowl, mix the cake crumbs with the softened ice cream until well combined. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Insert a lollipop stick into each ball and freeze them for at least 1 hour. Melt the candy melts according to the package instructions. Dip each frozen cake pop into the melted candy melts, allowing any excess to drip off. Immediately decorate with sprinkles or toppings of your choice before the candy coating sets. Place the decorated cake pops back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and let them set in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Once set, your ice cream cake pops are ready to serve!
