If the attacks in Chicago actually prove to be by coyotes, it will be the first time on record that a coyote has bitten someone in Illinois. (Past reports have turned out to be dog bites.) I'm pretty sure far more people have been bitten by ducks at your local pond. Respect wildlife, but don't panic.
There have been several legit attacks on other animals by coyotes and a few close calls with people, I mean, the coyotes are not 100% nonviolent in this. But it’s always in February, because mating season. Every year I want to yell at the suburbanites to STOP THINKING COYOTES ARE VICIOUS ANIMALS AND PUT YOUR FUCKING DOG ON A LEASH. Like, all sympathy to someone who has lost a pet, but this happens Every Year.

It’s the placing of human children after honey. Where honey IS the foodstuff. Poor Sam, foiled by dissimilar list items.
See, the problem is, I knew, I KNEW, that if I said “slime is a foodstuff (bees)” I would get ten thousand people who genuinely didn’t understand plus five thousand who understand but think they’re funny going “Wait, what? Bees eat slime?”
At least with “wait, are human children science experiments?” it’s more amusing and uncanny. :D
