sadness  builds  and  builds  and  builds  within  you  .  standing  there  side  by  side  ,  hand  in  hand  with  your  friends  .  the  people  you  care  about  the  most  .  it  was  nice  ,  to  be  standing  there  in  general  .  celebrating  their  senior  year  (  for  most  of  them  that  is  )  .  there  had  been  countless  of  times  where  death  was  at  your  doorstep  so  some  would  say  that  alone  is  cause  for  celebration  ,  but  how  ??  how  can  one  celebrate  when  looking  at  the  faces  around  ,  there  are  some  very  important  ones  missing  .  people  that  should  be  there  with  you  ,  but  are  gone  too  soon  .  gaze  flickers  to  the  others  around  yet  stops  at  one  in  particular  .  she’s  really  any  other  blonde  ,  except  for  the  fact  that  you  know  that  blonde  .  once  upon  a  time  you  were  friends  or  so  you  thought  ,  and  she  was  someone  who  you  thought  was  dead  .  but  those  facial  features  .  .  .  were  a  dead  giveaway  .  was  she  a  ghost  ??  feet  follow  after  her  ,  curiosity  outweighing  everything  else  and  as  you  reach  a  close  enough  distance  her  name  falls  out  of  your  mouth  and  it  almost  sounds  foreign  .     ❝    erica  ??     ❞
