speaking of listening to it probably a dozen times in the past 45 hours, this is definitely the fastest i’ve memorized all the lyrics to an album lol

saw a review of i can feel you forgetting me that called it “pure summer bliss” and i’m like did we listen to the same album?? like it’s a great album, i’ve listened to it over 10 times since it came out friday, but literally none of those songs could be described as blissful.

“a soundtrack to your summer of self-examination,” maybe. “pure summer nostalgia.” but like, even if they hadn’t listened to excommunication, idk how you hear a single one of those songs, much less them together, and think it’s anything other than heartbreaking

I'm feeling this album so hard and I love every second of it. It's exactly what my soul needed to hear. I've never related to an album so deeply as I have this one. I love ICFYFM so fucking much by Neon Trees
