okay

1) i can pretty much always find the humour in things - even bad things

2) i’m hard-working and self-disciplined and motivated and i don’t make excuses when i don’t work hard

3) i wouldn’t say i’m v. bitchy 

4) i’m (reasonably) generous with my money (but not with my time! never ask me to give up my time for you unless i like you a lot!) 

5) i’m pretty frank about what i think. i don’t usually change myself/my opinions around people (which is why i’m so obnoxious)

also i have quite a knack for to-do lists

Back to December :)

Back To December: If I could go back in time, where would I go?

Well, I really enjoyed year 9 (that’s age 13/14 for those of you not from the UK). I was old enough to, you know, appreciate stuff a bit more deeply, but I was still young enough to have no cares and lots of free time on my plate. So I’d probably go back to my old self~~ and tell her to really make the most of that time (make the most of it, to me, means read a lot and watch a lot and spend a lot of time with friends, etc etc etc.) 

More generally, I’d like to go back to sometime like the mid-20th century. Just to sometime when things seemed to be getting better and there seemed to be more and more opportunities rather than fewer and fewer. When life was simpler. I’m not really sure, though.
