Hey!! We're so excited to host an art contest to choose our next Discord Server Icon! Please read the rules below carefully before submitting your entry.

Please see under the cut for more info on rules, requirements, and disclaimer.

⌛️ Submission Requirements

• All participants must be a member of the FOP Angst Corner Discord server to enter. Join us here if you haven't already!

• Submit your artwork to the #🎁event-submissions channel in Discord, following the submission template.

• Entries must be submitted by July 23 at Midnight UTC 0.

 

🎨 Artwork Guidelines

• Original work only. No AI-generated content, traced work, or stolen art. Please rely on your own artistic skill (this does not mean drawings only! You can submit any medium of art as long as it's yours!)

• Artwork should be square- or circle-friendly. Optimal icon size is 512x512 px.

• Focus on the whole! The icon is going to be very small, as such details will be lost.

• Keep it non-graphic. No blood, gore, excessive violence or disturbing content.

• Absolutely no NSFW content. This includes nudity, suggestive themes, or explicit imagery.

 

🧩Categories

While all contest submissions will be considered for the icon, only one art piece will be picked. This is why we have a Just-for-fun category. We don't want to leave anyone out. Consider this the honorable mentions!

 

🎉Winner Perks

• If your art wins the Icon Contest category, it will become the official server icon!

• If you art wins the Just-for-fun Category, congratulations!

• Bragging rights & a spotlight role in the server.

• Feature in a server announcement or pinned message.

 

⚠️ Other Notes

• By entering, you give us permission to display and use your art for server branding (with credit, of course!)

• You can submit up to 3 entries.

• Staff reserve the right to disqualify any entry that breaks the rules or seems inappropriate.

ICON CONTEST!!!

Hi! Lemme tell a story first. See that mini comic? Long story short it is about how I zoned out and almost ate a flower. And I stopped RIGHT BEFORE and tried to pretend that nothing happened but my friend saw everything XD

It is very important to me, because it my first icon I used in my Russian art blog, and I haven't changed it till... Recently when I put a dark gray icon everywhere but let's forget about that. The point is I haven't changed it since 2018 or so? I don't remember.

ANYWAY! I decided I need a new icon, the one that will represent me and so I could put everywhere. And who could better do that than you, my loved ones followers! (but seriously I can only guess how you see me and what am I most remarkable for)

Here is the deal

You draw an icon with me (for references you can use tag #my sona or that post

Traditional or digital doesn't matter (just please take a good quality photo if you are drawing traditionaly)

DEADLINE SEPTEMBER 1ST! (well actually 23:59 September 1st because i will be looking for winner at September 2nd)

Tag me, so I could see, like, reblog, comment your amazing work!!!

There will be one winner that will receive colored sketch from me (up to three characters)!

And also I will put winners art as icon on every social media that I have (with credit of course)

i honestly had lots of fun with this piece! your sona's colors are great and the background(s) weren't as hard for me compared to some of my other artworks so that's nice!

Here’s my entry for @snapscube‘s Christmas Icon contest! It’s Bee, based on the Christmas classic Santa Claus Conquers The Martians! It was so good, it got an MST3K episode!

Thank heavens I didn’t do my other idea for a weird-Christmas-thingy, The Worm That Walks! Which I swear to god I’m not joking is a Christmas monster. From an HP Lovecraft story. Called The Festival.
