As the ICPL season comes to a close it’s time for me to reflect on this weekend and the season as a whole. First off I have to say playing at the badlandz was always a small dream of mine and I couldn’t be more impressed with how the fields were. Secondly I have to thank the entire fight club family. Being a part of this group is such a blessing. We started off slow on Saturday dropping 4 straight but by Sunday we had turned the ship around and we never dropped a game for the rest of the tournament. Unfortunately this late rally was not enough to send us to playoffs. Overall on the season we ended 22nd out of 72 teams. I’m so fortunate for the old friends I got to see and play with this weekend and the new friends I’ve made who I look forward to seeing in the future. Chicago was also unbelievable and I had a blast exploring the town with the guys.
