Idaho cos are perfectly fine with destroying a house and tossing grenades in it because a the owner of the house gave “permission” to do it by allowing them to search the house for a suspect by offering the her keys.
See, according to these Idaho cops, someone letting you search their car and offering your keys to them is just symbolic code for putting giant holes in their house.
This is under “qualified immunity” which allows cops to destroy your rights along as no cop was found to violate your rights in that exact situation before.
It also happens quite a bit on the war on our constitutional rights, um, drugs
