Idea One: Marchen

  Marchen is about two siblings Mary (aged 14) and Jack (aged 11). They live in a village within the trees of Unity Forest. There is a spreading darkness in the land called the mist, which is controlled by the skeleton king Skeldimir. While their mother is on her travels across the land to Limestone City to sell goods, The mist takes over and destroys their village. They manage to flea and start to make their way to Limestone City. On their journey through the forest they come across a dragon egg, which they adopt. They call the baby dragon Xenmor and it ages throughout their travels. They visit and meet many different people, all while warning people of the oncoming mist. Once they make it to the city, they reunite with their mother and catch up. The mist spreads to the city and Skeldimir finally shows his face. An epic battle then ensues, while Limestone City defends itself. During the battle Jack manages to get his hands on the orb that contains the power of the mist and smashes it. Skeldimir goes into a rage and charges towards him with his sword raised. Mary blocks the attack with her own sword and starts to fight him one on one. With the help of Xenmor, she manages to defeat Skeldimir. His body starts to crack and explodes into light and dust. The city is saved and creatures from the mist have all been dramatically weakened.

IDEA FOUR

This idea of your granny giving you things and how they spoil you 

- Again i love this idea as I appreciate my granny for all the things she does for me but I don't think this campaign should be about they give to me so give back to them kind of thing

- I want it to be about the things the give you like love and kindness and laughter rather than the physical things. 

- TO PERSUE WITH IDEA ONE AND TWO

FUNNY SCENES

What scenes can I create that my grandparents have done in the past that have made me laugh? List of things that have made me laugh!

- “The cran” when grandad said this - Glaswegian - what he means is the crane.. 

- Granny - almost like a calendar girls shoot (Pan lids on her boobs) 

- Watching them trying to use mobile phones/ tvs?

- the tv blaring because they are going deaf 

- Granny giving a vegetarian his favourite soup (tattle soup made with chicken stock (the chicken bones)) -”Oh he will never know” 

- Granny collecting free sauce sachets and telling me that it takes 38 to fill a bottle of tomato sauce (WTF) 

- Granny keeping about 5 things of each items just incase (who knows why)

- Granny having 23 big bars of chocolate - because they are her favourite and she can't run out (its not like you can't go to the shop) 

- Grandad coutts is losing his memory, He asks several times about the one topic. 

- Grandad phoning his councillor asking if they can get a bird of pray in Kincorth as their is too many other birds he doesn't want around the house (HA!!)

- Grandad forgetting where his glasses are - on his face

I cannot list all the things my grandparents have done to make me laugh - I feel that you could only shoot actual things they do. So maybe granny with the pan lids is something that could kick start a social media campaign to get the public involved?
