hey it’s time to wake tf up and appreciate her more
#new ship dynamics just dropped
BLACK SAILS 2.04 “XII.” 2.08 “XVI.”
Idelle, how would you feel if the one man you thought would never betray you did? If he purchased for himself a future through that betrayal? If you were told by a world full of men that that betrayal confirmed for them that they were right to see you as a monster to be shunned?
I should value this scene more considering they are, to me, the funniest Black Sails characters and they barely interact at all.
shoutout to idelle who could have easily remained a random background sex worker with great boobs but instead became a revolutionary informant sex worker with great boobs, thank you for your service ma’am 🫡🫡🫡
Who is the most fuckable?

Anne (Part 3) Black Sails Musical Parallels | XV. XXXV. XXXVI.
music breakdown note: the music in this parallel is made up of four different parts. The main parts are A and B, and the additional ones are C, E. (D is almost an overtone rather than a part, and sometimes plays underneath other main parts.)
All the scenes in this group have part C. They all also have A, B, and bits of D, with the exception of XXXVI which has only B in addition to C.
music variation note: In the second part of XV, the music swells louder than Garrett's voice. In the fourth part of XV and in XXXVI, C plays more slowly.
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4
I spent a year rewatching Black Sails and tracking all the bits of music that repeated at any point during the show, and my findings are reinforcing that Bear McCreary is a genius and this show should have been called 'parallels that will kill you over and over again'* (tag | chronological)
