Ten steps that Lexus just used to kind of combat dysphoria

Step one!!!

Stand in front of a mirror, if doing so isn't triggering. If it is, ignore the rest of these steps because they kind of all take place in front of a mirror.

Step two!!!

Tilt your head to the left so much that it's mildly painful. Notice how it's much harder to focus on the parts of you that you don't like when you're giving yourself an annoying ache in your neck that's unlikely to fade quickly.

Step three!!!

Tilt your head to the right so much that it's mildly painful. Acknowledge how you look really stupid doing this if you're using the hall mirror where anyone walking by can see you, rather than the one five feet to your left in the bathroom. Decide you don't give a fuck.

Step four!!!

Question why you thought the previous two steps were a good idea while you rub your sore neck.

Step five!!!

Identify all the specific parts of you that you don't like, if doing so isn't triggering. If it is, take a general look at your body and think "I could kill someone in many ways using this ill-fitting flesh suit and therefore it has a use in its current form" before going back about your day.

Step six!!!

Acknowledge that you're kind of stuck with your current body at the moment, at least without hiding it.

Step seven!!!

Go through a checklist of all the things you dislike about how you look at present , but make them positive! Boobs are just organic body armor, a vagina allows for multiple consecutive orgasms (if that's your thing), dresses look cute on everyone, makeup allows you to seduce weak-willed men and then kill and eat them. Like, what's wrong with any of that if you're stuck with it?

(obviously all those examples apply to me and def won't apply to everyone)

Step eight!!!

Know that one day you'll look as close as you possibly can to how you want to, and that society will eventually catch up to your coolness and accept you even if you're not stealth.

Step nine!!!

Realize you don't feel too much better after all that nonsense.

Step ten!!!

Realize that none of that was nonsense because it gave you perspective and was distracting and maybe even made you smile a bit and you always deserve to smile!!
