Honestly while im sure the animation budget had to do with it i feel like the dollbabies were at least a little bit some sort of joke. Like the whole ep gave me the vibes of when you have a really weird dream thats hard to explain and makes 0 sense. Like yeah we got married immediately at 15 and all the other miraculous holders were there. And we had 4 babies though we were still 15 and they were also dolls but dont get me wrong they were real babies. And chat noir grew a really thick mustache at one point but we were still 15 and then i puked up a clock
