THE PAINTING IS DONE

SO UM. after 2 months and 1 day of working on this painting, many "i'm gonna kill myself"s and "im literally so awesome"s i can FINALLY say its done

This is the biggest painting i have ever made by myself (it's 2½ x 2½ft) and the longest i have ever spent working on 1 painting and i think it paid off

My favouritest most favourite art piece from my first term in school of fine arts, made for my last project in my visual language class. Inspired by the lovely and amazing @ferncloud and @obsob who were so kind to respond to my questions so that i could include them as my inspirations/connected works for the project 🫶🫶

My gorgeous baby, Sweetheart, is done!! (Her head is, at least) She is my first try at making a fursuit head and she is a little wonky but thankfully the mkstakes are not too noticeable!

Fursuit making is so so so much fun and honestly i would love to do commissions once i have a few more projects under my belt, so lmk if you are interested! But anyway here is some detail shots of some of my favourite parts, and pls reblog!!

Was up all night and i spent soooo long on just these markings. Still like 5 more to go just on this leg and then i have to do the other leg and the back and the arms 😞 but its okay because i watch movies while sewing :)

So here everybody check out my unfinished fursuit!!!! I literally put together the entire bodysuit in one day (yesterday)

All i have left to do is the rest of the markings, the tail, the feet paws, and her stupid little useless wings

And i also wanna sew all the padding into one big piece that i can attach to a belt so it stays where its supposed to be

MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE ANIMATION THAT I MADE!!!!!!

I am insane and decided that for an english assignment, i would do animation instead of using free stock footage like everyone else did. This is absolutely way overkill for the purpose of the assignment but what was i supposed to do, *not* do it once i had the idea?

So i had to finish it in two weeks which i wasnt even sure if i could do, but i've been working on this for like, minimum 3 hours a day but on some days i worked on it for like 8 hours 😰

I do have an idea for another scene to add to it which would be much more complicated than what i have here, and i am willing to do it but its gonna take a long fucking time so maybe you all will see that in the future

I have literally never done animation in my life before this, excpet for like, a bouncing ball i did in graphics class a couple years ago so um. I am extremely proud of this!!!!
