Wydaje ci się, że dzięki temu, że nic nie mówisz i nic nie robisz, jesteś wojownikiem i Bodhisatwą, ale jesteś po prostu tchórzem. Obawiasz się pogorszenia sytuacji. W końcu goście wyrzucają cię z twojego domu i siedzisz na chodniku. Ktoś przechodzi obok i pyta: Co tu robisz? - na co odpowiadasz: Praktykuję cierpliwość i współczucie. Nie na tym to polega!

I'm actually an intelligent girl but I'm wasting my life away one day at a time with escapism, binging, hating myself, procrastinating, having anxiety attacks, thinking about changing my life but not doing anything and hoping for better future but not doing anything for it.
