Inspiration comes from the most unexpected moments. You could be standing in line at @starbucks and suddenly stumble upon your next great idea for your clothing line, or be at the gym and get inspired to revisit your home of faith. Whatever your inspiration is, and no matter where it came from, it’s unique to you. When I was younger I came across a very classy older women who, to me, seemed like one of the most successful women I had ever met. She had style and class all rolled up in one. She was the epitome of what I one day hoped to become. Not to mention that she was also just a really nice lady. Well, I had always admired her jewelry and taste in keepsakes. She has a stunning 5 carat emerald cut diamond set in a very different way. She had this stunning diamond set east to west, or horizontally. Many people in the jewelry business criticized her and told her that it was a waste of an amazing diamond, but she said she loved it. And I loved it!! Years passed, and this amazing woman had passed as well...but she never left my mind. Recently, I had a client come in and request her 3.50ct exquisitely cut diamond to be set in just this east to west manner. All at once I had a rush of nostalgic memories flood my mind. It was just then that I realized I wanted to have my emerald cut diamond set the same way. I jazzed it up with a hidden halo (cause hey I’m in the business...why not 🤷🏻♀️) but this ring brought back the inspiration that I was looking for all these years. #IDJNYemerald #IDJNY #IDJewelry #IDJNYdiamonds #IDJNYengagement #IDJNYhiddenhalo #IDJNYsolitaire #emerald #Emeraldcut #emeraldcutengagementring #emeraldcutdiamond #nostalgia #inspiration #yellowgold #engagement #solitaire (at Times Square, New York City) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bz8weOIB6cv/?igshid=1qj6cqwgqnbr3
