No big productions this year. No company, just the household members.
We just wanted the goods without too much labor, so we heated a packaged roasted turkey breast, made smashed taters, stove top stuffing, homemade gravy, and sweet potatoes. Shortcuts allowed for us to go see Knives Out before coming home to cook up and heat up the food.
The pie is costco-store bought, but they have a pretty good pumpkin pie. Fancy that up with homemade whipped cream and eggnog.
Did the doggos get a bowl of turkey, smashies, and sweet taters? Yes they did.
I couldn’t resist after Cap’s been diligently watching the cooking action since this morning when I started the eggnog.
