I was spitballing these on discord but I shouldn't leave the followers out in the cold.

Halloween costumes the characters would wear

Lalum is absolutely going as the Yotsuba Pumpkin

Shanna was too Indecisive about her costume choice that had she had to go store bought and realised after buying the costume it was more revealing than she's willing to tolerate so she's going as 'bedsheet ghost' for the 7th year in a row because this keeps happening

Clarine's costume is a specific hard-boiled private detective from a specific series of pulp crime novels and she has meticulously researched every element of the outfit, attempted to reconcile conflicting descriptions until she arrived at what she believes is the most 'accurate' and will readily argue about it

Myrrh thinks you're supposed to dress as what you personally find scary so she's a bedsheet ghost with a Mario hat on top and printed out picture of a Boo she got off the internet (it isn't a transparent png so it has the checkerboard around it) taped to the front, because 'Mario died for serious' is the scariest thing she can think of

Sigune is dressed as herself because 'what could be scarier'. On closer inspection she genuinely is wearing a somewhat low quality reproduction of her normal outfit.

Lute has an array of costumes prepared to complement whatever one of the costumes she made for Idoun that Idoun ends up picking. She was so caught up in "Miss Idoun in a hot outfit and me as her thematically appropriate aide" that it never occurred to her that Idoun doesn't care about Halloween

Tana dug out a pair of Groucho Glasses and keeps trick-or-treating her own house to annoy Syrene. She is going to get sick from inhaling whatever was in those Groucho Glasses, she found them in an unplugged minifridge she cleaned out 'good enough'

Byleth sighed inwardly as they entered the arena and saw the final rounds enemy. Legends of yore once more though in shadowy form, all of who the Professor recognised. They moved swiftly too, taking out one of their own before their team even got a hit in. Byleth felt and ember of anger alight in their chest and they stepped up to the plate. The dancer withdrew their blade and set off across the sand feet moving to their own tempo. Channelling the rhythmic drum of their feet and the moves they’d recently learned, byleths blade flashed out to strike the dragon ish form of Corrin.

The force of the blow wasn’t massive but targeted at a place designed to knock the enemy to the ground. It played out as Byleth imagined, locking Corrin in place. Not pausing in their movements, continuing the dance, Byleth followed up with a second strike. Jabbing their sword into the gaps in Corrin’s scales.

Surprised that the shadow was holding on, Byleth retreated back to their remaining allies. “Suppose I shouldn’t have expect even an emblem dragon to be felled so easily. Still I reckon the next hit should suffice”

Day 16! I took considerably more time with this than I intended to, but in the end, I don’t really mind. I think it was worth it in the end. I hope so, anyway.

drawing grass sucks

Idoun is my favorite antagonist from Fire Emblem. What can I say, I have a weakness for dragon girls with godlike power and soft, sad music that gets remixed into combat music. The best ending in FE6 tugs at my heart strings every single time I see it; it’s definitely the best motivation to actually collect all the sacred weapons and keep them from breaking, I think. She deserves to smile again, finally. After all these centuries.

if FE Heroes ever introduces her, and she’s not a Tempest Trial reward or Grand Hero Battle reward, my wallet’s gonna hurt.
