Also I feel like both Luca and Emil would go feral for a weighted blanket (Emil because his drugged state in that one event makes him mention feeling floaty and something something grounding) (and Luca I just feel would enjoy the sensory thing of it you can't tell me he hasn't unintentionally buried himself under machine parts before as he fell asleep at his desk and liked it) (Andrew sleeps on top of the [Normal] blanket with it wrapped around him like a hug)

luca would LOVE weighted blabkets and absoluteky so would emil (source: i love weighted blankets)

i am pretty sure heated blankeeys werebt a thing at the time of the game but as i personally hc andrew is always cold and the concept would make him ecstatic (luca doesnt necessarily feel cold but his circulation blows i think so his hands are FREEZING)

-he can talk about his inventions and ideas for hours (he often repeats  things over and over but he likes to talk and the survivors like to listen.)

-kidnaps victors dog (Wick) to cuddle with it (he woke up with many angry notes from victor asking for his dog back)

-has stolen Tracy’s robot and tried to take him apart

-he actually cant move or see out of his black eye 

-sometimes way to trusting (falls for fake friendly way to often.)

-sleeps during the day when hes supposed to be doing stuff because he cant sleep at night for some reason

-HATES COFFEE but loves the smell 

-wont smoke but loves the smell 

-forgets how to read sometimes

-sits on the library floor and tinkers with small peaces of cipher machine that kreacher has stolen 

-has blue eyes but the blue that changes color in different lights

-always trys to make sure everyone happy and conferrable 

-cant spell for his life

-talks with his hands 

-sometimes forgets to eat so the other survivors bring him food 

-has a collection of shiny things

andrew i'm pretty sure knows like, the bare basics of sewing (assuming the patch on the back of his shawl thingy was done by him) but i dont think he actively sewed until luca made him glasses :3c i think emil in general would like making bracelets (assume the early 1900s varient of bead bracelets methinks) and the texture of yarn and luca would like drawing and knitting (he feels like someone who would be decent at a lot of things but inventing is where he really shines)

Okay so!

I can't find anything on mistreatment in prisons like I could for the asylums. BUT I did find the concept of a silent system prison from the early 20th century.

I think this would fit best with what we see in Luca's trailer with the first shot presumably being him doing those monotonous tasks.

But who were the ones that berated him? The staff. People had power over him and knew that he was what they could never be so they smashed that dream to pieces.

I'll see if I can find punishments but don't bet on it

uwahh yeah that makes sense, plus luca's around other (presumably) prisoners and he claims he cant remember how long hes been "working this job" (doing the task perhaps)
