i do not remember much from my childhood but for some reason i vividly remember the one and only time i have eaten a serving of mashed potatoes
i was at a friends house and we walked to her grandmas house for dinner and she made mashed potatoes. i have never eaten mlre than a spoonful of mashed potatoes without gagging from the the texture but my anxiety was so high from not wanting to offend her grandma that i choked down the mashed potatoes, almost vomiting on every bite
