Her face, which was puzzled moments prior, broke into a grin at her classmate’s answer -- right hand brought to her mouth in a mild attempt to muffle the snickers that she couldn’t suppress. 

“And that’s why you had to quit band? Jeez, Yoshichan... It’s true, you really do have the worst luck! I don’t think I could manage that if I tried!”

♡~ “Did that…..bird just take my fries…?” Marie asked the other once she made it back outside with the cup she had just filled and saw that the remaining fries she left on the table were gone. And the culprit was quite clear, being five feet away. She still needed the confirmation.

It baffled him how unlucky Yoshi was. Ayakashi targeted them like they were a five-star meal- and they almost were a few of these times. He almost thought it was his own fault- though it probably wasn’t. && That wasn’t going to stop him from hanging out with his only full-human friend. He was selfish, and would rather use their misfortune as an excuse to hang out with them even more. That included today’s check-up.

“Hey!! Why’re you so unlucky!?” He’d run up to Yoshi, punching a small ayakashi off of their shoulder, before grabbing their hand and running. “Keh. Come on!”

&& Maybe he also wanted to see Yoshi at school- to see what he was missing, rather; though it didn’t seem like they’d make it to school at this rate- as he ducked them into an alleyway. He’d fall into a sitting position, while he tried to catch his breath.

“Yoshi...” He’d mutter, trying to work up the energy to yell, “Pay more attention to your surroundings!!” Though he knew it wasn’t her fault.

It seems that this current trip with her father to Tokyo has some exciting tales to tell. Miuna sneaks out from the hotel, walking by her self at night sometimes calms her. 

It helps her to sleep later. 

As she was walking, she feels like she hears something behind the bushes. 

“GYAAAA!”

Riley just takes their help with style an ease. Just jumps right back up to standing up right ignore that little almost trip. “Meant to do that.” No, he didn’t.

the enforcer exclaimed, seemingly enjoying the fact that he was literally beating the living crap out of the crook with his baton. and from the looks of it, the crook had been a villain of sorts, and they didn’t seem too happy nor were they enjoying the current predicament they were in. 

but tactical optics had soon directed their sights towards an unlikely individual. it was a kid--  oh, no. this can’t be good. 

“ Best to get home now, kiddo. Don’t want any of these fuckers messing with innocents like you around. ”
