Wouldn't it be cool if celebrities - instead of spending their money on a 5th private plane or REALLY expensive food - they could pick a random kid and pay their college tuition. I mean, not only would that celebrity receive positive publicity, but some kid would have a chance at living out there dreams without the terrible fear of debt. Oh and maybe that kid could be me just saying
