Before. Did some quick swaps on this Genesis 26r. New shifters, new rear brake cable/housing, re-installed front disc brake and installed a disk front rim. Finished off with an alloy 31.8 mm stem and bars and a Kalin 27.2 mm alloy seatpost. Shaved a few ounces and cleaned up the chain.
