It's crazy how the universe works. 🌎 Growing up my friend Sandi Maruszczak-Potempa had 2 sisters. Tina and Tammy. A few years back I was looking for mom's in need of a makeover in my salon. I was doing pay it forwards because it felt amazing to help people ❤ Sandi nominated Tina Krajewski, I had no idea what her story was until she shared. My heart melted and I had her come in. Who knew that would lead us to where we are today. After Taylor got hurt, Tina introduced me to Patricia from Normal Moments, an amazing organization that helps many families. Another amazing woman with a heart of gold, who then introduced me to Kelly Whistler. Kelly adopted my kids last Christmas 🎄🎁 Kelly just hosted a weekend for moms who need a break from our day to day who need to be surrounded by moms who get our life and I got invited :) She rented a party bus for us to go to Rosemont 🚎 We ate at the Sugar Factory, we flew at IFly (first time), we went back to her house for laughs, swim, nails, makeup, crafts, games, and some meditation this morning 🧘♀️ and for those that know me I can't stay up late but didn't go to bed till 230am 🤣😴 It was so much fun to get out and connect with other moms making some new friends. Think about what just happened. Look at how the universe works. If I hadn't picked Tina years ago, I don't know if I would have been connected to all these amazing people 🙏🌎 God, the Universe, whatever you believe has a strange way of working out Kelly, THANK YOU FOR YOUR HUGE HEART AND GENEROSITY!
