Oh! That's an interesting question. I haven't thought about it for awhile. I think love is constant. It's that thing that's always there, regardless of what the other person does or says or does not say or do. It's acceptance and appreciation underneath a slew of things like attraction, attachment, commitment, or familiarity.
That answer was kind of abstract, but that's a great question! (: Have you put your definition anywhere? I'd love to hear your thoughts too!
I love this GIF in part because the love between Anna and John is so apparent. It's love on two levels- the love between the real people hugging each other and the fictional love between Olivia and Walter, even though time and politics and pain and suffering have been a part of their relationship. And yet they still love each other, very dearly. Ug, now I'm getting emotional over them. I better stop now, LOL.
