#IGERSABERDEEN PHOTOGRAPHY WALK

#IGERSABERDEEN PHOTOGRAPHY WALK - SUNDAY 26TH AUGUST

Join Hillgoers and the IGersAberdeen photography community for a guided photography walk around the loch of Lochnagar. We’ll approach from the col above the loch giving excellent views of the magnificent corrie then we’ll head down and skirt around the loch before returning via the same route passing Queen Victoria’s original hunting “hut” in Glen Muick.

This walk is approximately 14.5km with 650m of ascent. There will be off path sections so sturdy footwear is recommended, full kit advice will be given for the event. This distance of route provides plenty of opportunity to stop and take photographs. With the added benefit of being off path and lead by a qualified guide, you are more likely to see the wildlife too. The photography team will be on hand to give hints, tips and advice to make the very best of your photographs.

Departs Spittal of Glenmuick car park 09:00 am.
