I didn’t expect so many people to like my ship art but thank you, wow.  Ever since BBS, Vanpliku/two has been my OTP and then KH3 happened and it turns out that we got an ~evil~ Repliku and that cemented my soul.  Ever since 2019 they’re basically all I draw and talk about so I’m beyond honored folks have been just as excited about the drawing.

Considering Vanitas is in the Heroes and Heroine medley in the KHO, I have a feeling we haven’t seen the last of him, and I and many others who want him to stick around. I think it’d be neat if the keyblade war preparation wasn’t, like, 3 days and took closer to a year.  The replica and Vanitas being enemies/rivals turned friends to maybe crushes.  Both knowing they’d probably die.

I like to think that at least Replitwo knew this and knew they’d accept him--he used to be a part of Ventus after all and Sora’s too forgiving.  He knew his death would be permanent and so couldn’t find it in him to confess but Vanitas knew.
