Swedish Fish: Your character is a mermaid. Jounetsu blinked as the stranger stuffed a forkful of some Swedish fish in her mouth, and slowly chewed as she kept her mouth closed. She silently hoped it wasn’t poisoned, but from the scent of it, it seemed ‘clean’ of contaminants. She’d trust it… for now… After a few chews, she began to feel strange as her legs slowly became numb and cold to the touch, and she glanced down to see patches of silvery scales at random parts of her thighs and calves. Within the next minute, she found herself floundering before finally losing her balance and falling back, her legs having transformed into a long, slender mermaid tail, and her upper torso and neck having shifted slightly to allow slits for gills. ❝What have you done to me?❞
“I did not think that would happen.”
It was merely strange Human candy in the shape of fish! Did it in reality turn others into merpeople? No, that could not be; I tried some a different time and no tail grew.
--Of course BMG did hand me these with an odd expression. T h a t would explain everything. Never again would I accept candy from her.
“My apologies. Unfortunately--I do not know how to change you back.”
