I feel like whenever people say they like thick girls or say that "every body is beautiful" they mean like "tall girls that are big" or "slim thick" and as someone who is literally 5 feet and overweight I feel like I'm looked down on EVEN LESS because my weight shows more....like because I'm shorter I'm EXPECTED to weigh even less. It really fucking bothers me.

Getting back on track

Yesterday was just... a disaster. I had 3 different doctors appointments and i had to get my blood drawn, so that was fun. Crying in the doctors office is always an adventure. But on the bright side, i got my birth control changed, hopefully that will help with a few things and they switched my antidepressant. Don't know if it will be better but maybe. I also did nothing but eat shit. I had tempura vegetables a california roll and salmon and rice just for lunch, then for dinner i had wendys. Uhg. So mad at myself. But, I'm moving on today. Oh and I'm not lactose intolerant, I'm food intolerant! yay...? I guess have ibs. Does anyone have any experience with this?
