Still out here in Hawai'i, taking advantage of the beautiful scenery and mountainous terrain. Pretty much the only time you'll catch me enjoying a walk or run is if it's on difficult terrain. It's a great way to add some intensity to your cardio training. #ihatewalking (at Pololū Valley)
Running, I miss you...
Since my Master restricted/ changed my running schedule on order to lose weight I miss my “long distance” runs.
I am allowed run only 5 k or less, or go for walk. Walking is boring as hell!!!
I want my mind-clearing runs back!!!
And I am also hungry AF!
