Same old face and name - new blog :)

Hey all!

So i decided I needed to start from scratch - so I re-made my blog. I changed the URL of my other blog to OLD-ihavetoadmititsgettingbetter, and am using the same name here. I am at the beginning of my journey again and I wanted to feel that way - this time around I’m going to curate my blog better so I’m able to keep up with all the wonderful people and personal posts, which is what I love the most about tumblr! I really needed to do this, I think.

Since it’s Selfie Sunday apparently, I thought I’d also take this opportunity to post an update for the “Get into that damn dress!” challenge hosted by ihavetoadmititsgettingbetter. There’s only about a 10 lb difference between then and now, but the skirt is already way more comfortable. It’s still a bit unflattering up top, but I felt ok wearing it around with a long tank yesterday. Can’t wait to see how it looks when I’m an actual size 14!

30 Day Shredding into Spring!

I’m jumping into the 30 Day Shred challenge for the rest of the month. I was doing another HIIT Challenge so I won’t be able to do the entire 30 days. Sooooo my commitment to this challenge is each level for an entire week for the next 3 weeks! At least 3 workouts each week. That’s the plan!

This morning kicked off my first week! I got up early for an a.m. workout (these are still really difficult for me) I love The Shred. I love Jillian’s workouts. But, EVERY time I restart one I am reminded how much I could be switching up my routines, lol. I have been doing HIIT workouts that are 50:10 intervals. The Shred runs a 3-2-1 interval. MINUTES. In a row, ha ha. I felt good after I completed it, but tired. Good and tired :) I’m excited to see the progress I have made at the end of the next 3 weeks!!

It was soooo good. I grabbed it on a whim at Whole Foods because their cold pressed juices were like $6.99 and up and this was maybe $2.49 or somewhere in that ball park.
