For some reason, the only boats in Oakhurst were ones that needed paddles to move. Specifically old wooden ones that could only fit two people facing each other and had oars attached to the sides. Maybe whoever made it had thought it’d be cute and romantic, but Shelby didn’t think there was anything cute or romantic about physical exercise.
