In cases of deep caries or trauma of primary teeth, a #pulpotomy is the procedure of choice to preserve pulp vitality and the teeth. This study aimed to evaluate the histological analysis and CD31 immunolocalization after pulpotomy using Mineral Trioxide Aggregate or Portland cement in human primary teeth.

Twenty mandibular primary molars were divided into two study groups: G1 - Mineral Trioxide Aggregate and G2 - Portland cement.

The objective of this research is to detect the dynamic changes of the serum and urine alpha2-macroglobulin (α2M) in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after receiving different doses of ionizing radiation and to provide the further basis of α2M application in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoradionecrosis of the jaws (ORNJ).
