Gems of the Legion
My campaign has finally come to an end, and it was glorious. Thank you so much for everyone who participated or tried it out. I'm really happy with the format. We have a lot of events and I'm really happy to be in a guild that provides a plethora of different styles of events and campaign formats that can appeal to different tastes of different people.
I'm excited to do more campaigns and even maybe some standalone events, but I want to give a super special thanks to a few people.
Chelsea/Tyllanthus: You are the one who gave me the courage to do this in the first place, and although you couldn't make it to many, I really appreciate your encouragement even when things got tough. Love you.
Mitch/Ikanis: As my officer, you were there for me exactly the way I needed. You made it to every event you could and even stretched yourself to do so. Contrary to some other officership styles, you encourage the Suncasters to make their own stories and for us to have meaningful plots to us rather than what some might call "Filler events". You ask for initiative and you foster creativity and I think that's what we need more often than not!
Xandras: You helped me get over my crippling anxiety about DMing by allowing me to dip my feet in the water with you to back me up, before setting me loose and, using your methods, figure out what works for me.
Kiratalya: You were there more for the second half of the series than anything and your initiative, creativity, and spirit kept the campaign fun and exciting for me just when I was starting to have my doubts. Thank you so much.
Mimo/Aronek: You hardly ever participated in events when I met you and I'm starting to think it's because you're too much fun for most campaigns. You and Kira did a lot of the same for me, giving me the encouragement I needed through your kind words, participation, and energy throughout.
Thank you all. My first campaign was a dream come true.
