In July 1922, Rose’s Royal Midgets arrived in the United States from Germany. Ike Rose was their theatrical agent who introduced them to the local vaudeville houses. There were 9 females and 15 men in the troop, and their act included dancing, a violin solo, acrobatics, juggling and magic tricks.
