My tribe is absolutely incredible 💜 I got this amazing book today in the mail (yay! Postal service) from @l_b_busse and I'll be honest, it's what I needed at this moment in time. I'm having a very hard time getting my mind around having hypothyroidism, anemia, and now type 2 diabetes, and I feel overwhelmed, scared, and like I'm never making the right choices. Leah, sent this to me and I'm ever-so grateful, not only for her support, but that she thought to come to me and offer help and guidance.
