ilane (she/her), thief

she's the commander (well, until she dies but let's pretend that didn't happen ^^), she's impatient and impulsive, 90% of her impulse control is her twin iris, but she will do anything for the people she loves, and as the commander she is trying to save everyone (she's not very good at it :( )

iris (she/her), mesmer

ex-commander, she just kinda got dragged into the commander's role. she would have done anything for ilane though, and died by sacrificing herself to save her. then she got awakened and brainwashed and killed her<3 anyway. she generally doesn't care about others as much as her sister, but there is nothing she wouldn't do for the people she does care about

aether (they/them), ranger

aurene's champion, and the commander after the twins' death. they are loyal and a good listener, but they are very shy and probably too anxious to ask you out first

nymelior (it/its), warrior

it's a mordrem<3 i cant imagine it being a good lover, but if you somehow make it like you it WILL kill for you (non-negotiable)

bjarni (he/him), guardian

kind of awkward at first, and he will insist on wanting to be alone, but once you get to know him he is very kind and sweet and gentle.

fluno (he/she), engineer

ex-inquest. she has a good sense of humor, is nice and outgoing, but might explode you accidentally (and he's very sorry about it)

blegh (he/him), necromancer

inquest rat who accidentally ended up in a human body<3 mad scientist whose idea of the perfect date is finding a corpse together to do fucked up experiments on.

learru (she/her), elementalist

she is very obsessive, kinda clingy, and lives for competition. if she loves you you will not get rid of her, but she will always want to be better than you at everything. also she bites. sorry about that

mistwalker (?) (they/them?), revenant

um. they are lost. in the mists. they went there to save someone they lost though so. if they love you they will probably do anything for you. but they've been there for so long they forgot their entire life, all they know is that they are trying to find someone.

2. How much do they remember from the Dream? Did they have any particular experience in it before awakening?

ilane's wyld hunt is defeating an elder dragon, and she remembers fighting a dragon in the dream

iris only remembers ilane, and her need to protect her.

6. What did they do after leaving the Grove? Did they feel a particular call or did they just roam and explore Tyria? Would they still feel at home if they went back?

their story until path of fire is pretty much just the canon commander's story, except they are a few years older, they were just living in caledon until personal story starts, and they were basically just doing the renown hearts fkshdjd like they were trying to help anyone who needed help. (mostly ilane wanted to help people and iris wanted to keep her safe)

they both feel at home wherever their twin is, so if they went back home together, before path of fire, they would still feel at home. if ilane went back after iris died, she would feel very out of place, but i think talking to the pale tree could help her process her grief a little bit.

if iris went back after she got awakened and killed ilane sldhdkdh uhhhh. that would be bad for everyone involved👍 basically after jokos death she starts to regain her memories and realizes what she'd done, so she definitely wouldn't want to meet anyone, least of all other sylvari.

if ilane went back without iris she would feel like a ghost, and if iris went back without ilane she would feel like a monster

iris grew her hair leaves to cat ear shape :3c

while she was alive, iris prefered to grow her clothes rather than wear regular clothes, but after dying and awakening her "clothes" withered. ilane prefered regular clothes, or a mix of both, and she loved growing flowers all over her body

when iris died, ilane left two of her flowers with iris' body, and iris kept them even after they completely withered

but not of homes. only the shells of what keeps us enclosed. houses can be decorated or well-built or crumbling or haunted but only a home can truly be warm; you are the patron saint of that lack.
