Age: 20 (21 according to her various fake IDs)

Powers: Electricity/Electrical discharge and mechanical body parts

Rosibel has had a bad reputation since kindergarten. Being a child with electric powers, a bad temper, dark skin, and undiagnosed ADHD, she was made out to be the problem child in her prestigious Catholic School. Her parents were quite strict on her, and her teachers even more so, which resulted in her becoming spiteful and rebellious before she reached the age of 10: everything she ever did was wrong anyway, what use was there in doing good?

Much to her teachers' chagrin, the future supervillain was incredibly smart, and reached high marks on all her test scores, unless she would intentionally do poorly for the sake of a grading curve. As a result, nothing could be done about her unless she got into a fight.

By the time she was 16, she figured out how to forge IDs, and so she would frequently take her friends out to nightclubs and bars to drink and smoke weed, or get piercings without her parents permission.

After an accident that took most of her foot, she built and designed her own prosthetic since her family couldn't afford a proper one. Where and how she got the materials to do so was... Best not thought about. This new prosthetic was robotic and fully articulate, as well as powered by her own electrical energy her powers naturally gave off. She soon began to realize that because her electricity needed to power her new foot, she was having an easier time controlling her powers. She soon began to experiment, converting herself into something more robotic in nature. Soon enough, she increased her strength by replacing most of her body into this robotic form. Her powers became more stable and easy to utilize.

She then became more and more bold with her rebellious crimes: vandalism, petty theft, until she was caught and thrown in jail at the age of 18, leaving her unable to graduate highschool. Pissed, she was quick to return to her old ways, unable to get a job, or work for her mother, who ran a small, local daycare in Torrance. After a few months, her mother threatened to kick her out of the house unless she turned herself around, and so Ilektra signed up for the Phoenix program.

Ilektra is a Salvadorian cyborg with the sass of a teenager. If Coupé is cut, but Waterboy is chosen, she will develop synergy with him, and if Sonar is cut, and Phenomaman is chosen, she will develop synergy with Malevola. (Do not have the ability to play the game myself, so please correct me if this is NOT how that works.) Ilektra is quite obviously the youngest member of the Z-Team, which the others often tease her about. Teasing is her love language, and she never holds back.

Ilektra's art is still pending, but she has a chrome-like red and black color scheme with blonde hair bleached from black and visible roots. Her right elbow, left arm, right foot, right thigh, left leg from the knee down, the back of her neck, and her cheekbones have all been replaced with robotic parts. She has dark skin, and several facial piercings.
