Puck just had one thing in mind at the moment and it was to help Quinn. It seemed simple enough, but he knew it wasn't since he didn't even know how he could be helpful for her. He just knew she was letting him have a shot as being useful to her and he couldn't pass up a chance to try and make her smile. Or at least feel better. It took a little awhile to get Santana to agree to open the door for him, and although she did prove a point Quinn could get up and do it, Puck didn't want her to. It wouldn't be wrong to think seeing Quinn and doing something for her was more for Puck than anything. After spending last night holding her, it was hard to go through the day without her pressed against him, their body heats mixing together and combining to be a certain temperature together. Not only that but it was relaxing as hell and just nice. It was simple and nice, while also being new and exciting.
He didn't see Santana, but the door was unlocked all the same, he really didn't care what the contract she was making would bind him to do, he knew he owed her for this. He remembered which one was Quinn's room and he gave a soft knock just to let her to know he was coming in, just in case, before he opened the door, looked where the girl was, gave her a small smile to signify a hey as he closed it behind him, and went to sit next to her an arm instinctively wrapping around her.
