Hello Internet ;)

Hello there! This is my first ever post so I’m not entirely sure what to write; I guess I’ll start off with saying a few things about myself? Okay, here goes. :P

My name is Emily, I’m 16 and I live in the south of England. I’m originally from Dartford though I’ve moved around a lot in the last eight years. I’ve lived in Spain and Malta, and am almost fluent in Spanish (it’s been a few years). 

I’m currently in the middle of doing my GCSEs and this summer I’ve signed up for NCS which is basically where 15-17 year olds go camping, live on a university campus and do something for the community. I’m really excited about it because most of my friends are on it too and I’m excited to get out of my comfort zone and meet new people.

School wise, my favourite subject is probably Art, though it’s one of the most intense and difficult classes I’ve ever taken. My least favourite is for sure History, I hate that class. I’m going to college in September and I’m taking photography, which I’m unbelievably happy about. I’m not amazing but I’ve always had people complimenting my photography skills so what’s the worst that could happen? 

I don’t really have many ‘super cool, adventurous’ hobbies, but I love the outdoors. I don’t really have anywhere cool to explore where I live but any chance I get I want to be exploring. Other things I love to do are writing, drawing, photography, painting, and when I have the right stuff, special effects make-up. I’m a huge fan of Glam & Gore on YouTube, she’s by far the best SFX artist in my opinion. I’m constantly singing wherever I go (even though I’m not that good) and I used to ride horses every weekend.

I love reading. Love it to bits. My favourite book series is probably The Wolves of Mercy Falls series by Maggie Stiefvater. It’s an amazing three book series with a spin-off called Sinner. I honestly adore werewolf books as well as romance novels so this mix is ideal for me. I’m also a proud Hufflepuff and am a huge fan of the Harry Potter series. Aside from physical books, I am also a huge fan of Wattpad and always write books to post, but never fell like they’re good enough for people to read. One of my favourite movies recently is The Kissing Booth, which was written on Wattpad so that’s super cool and such a hype for the community.

Internet best friend wanted
